Hey there 👋 I'm Gaurang
I’m a Research Engineer at Raytheon Technologies, where I work on multi-agent systems and reinforcement learning. My work focuses on enabling LLMs to plan and execute complex tasks through parallel sub-agents. Check out my work on GitHub or say hi on Twitter. I’ve a particular interest in traceability in agentic systems and mechanistic interpretability in language models.
Why this website?
I created this website to document my research, learning journey, and anything else I find intriguing. The notes here span a range of topics: RL, agentic systems, LLM to satellite tech and control theory. While the blogs are still a work in progress, you can read through Continuous Latent Space which is sort of like my L2 cache (but updated more frequently).

Previous Experience
- Research Intern @ Raytheon Technology
- Developed a knowledge summarization system to curate, collect, and transform scientific information from heterogeneous, unstructured data using agentic pipelines.
- Built pipelines capable of text classification, mathematical calculations, and structured knowledge representation incorporating human-in-the-loop responses.
- Rearchitected internal GenAI platform to Event Driven workflow to support Model Context Protocol (MCP).
